Who are we?

Integration and Empowerment Services (IES) is a new and innovative charitable organisation that aims to help relieve illness, isolation, suffering and disability. We offer a unique combination of community-based social services, premier in-home health services and social support programs to the elderly, people with disabilities, their carers and families.

What do we do?

We are a locally based support hub devoted to the vibrant and diverse communities of Ellenbrook and surrounds. The organisation promotes inclusion and independence through a series of individualised programs, activities and wrap-around services that are aimed at improving the physical, cognitive, socio-cultural and emotional well-being of our community members and their carers.

Local Organisation

IES is the locally based community service organisation providing holistic Aged Care, Disability Support and Respite Assistance in Ellenbrook and The Vines.

Local Offices

Our offices are based within the centre of Ellenbook, drop in for a visit to our support hub or attend one of our programs and activities.

Local Services

Our support services are delivered locally and we collaborate with other service providers in the region to ensure you receive the support you deserve.

Local Staff

By sourcing the majority of our staff members from areas local to you, we save you money and time. Our support workers are on call when you need them most. All hold their current Police Clearance, First Aid and relevant industry qualifications.

Domestic Support

We provide a range of domestic support from cleaning, laundering, gardening, general home and garden maintenance and nutrition.

Personal Assistance

We provide various types of personal assistance depending on your current needs. Nutrition, showering, toileting, grooming and personal hygiene, PEG feeding etc.

Community and Social Support

Join us for our community-based programs and activities individualised to you. Receive assistance with shopping, running errands, social activities and cultural support.

Health Assistance

We provide at-home assistance with your medical needs thanks to our registered nurse ranging from medication support and prompting, allied health, rehabilitation and wound care.

Care Assisted Travel

We help you get to and from appointments, help you run errands, attend family gatherings and special occasions. Each of our qualified support workers has their own fully licensed, insured and registered vehicles to allow you to get to where you need to be.

Case Management

We help you get the most out of your support package through our specialised case managers. Our Case managers work hard to ensure that you are being adequately supported in every way.

Respite Assistance

We understand that sometimes, you might need a break from providing support. Let us take the pressure off whilst you get some needed down time. No matter what your need, we have got you covered.

Art & Craft Therapy

Get your creative juices flowing with our Art and Craft Therapy program. Held in a relaxed social setting, the program will allow you to connect with others, be creative and get hands on. Come down today and create with us!

Armchair Travel

Join us on a trip to a foreign land with our Armchair Travel Program. Each week we will take you on a sensory journey through film, food and crafts.

Relaxation Program

Refocus your mind and let us help you to let go of unnecessary stress and worry. With a focus on mindful breathing practices, you will leave feeling regenerated and centred.

Tech Skills Program

Do you know how to send an email or use social media to contact family and friends? Learn how navigate mobile phones, computers and much more!
