IES Expressions Program

Creative Me

Get your creative juices flowing with the Create Me Art and Craft Meetup program. Held in a relaxed social setting, the program will provide you an opportunity to connect with others, be creative and get hands on. Whether you enjoy painting, knitting, sketching, scrapbooking or soap making, we have the tools that you need to create. Learn new skills, make new friends and get creative!

Connected Me

Our Connected Me Cultural Expressions Program focuses on bringing you together with others and embracing cultural differences. Our groups aim to connect you with the wider community through a variety of knowledge based activities that focus on helping you meet new friends, whilst learning about other cultures and sharing experiences in a welcoming and safe environment. COMING SOON

Mindful Me

Take a moment for yourself and unwind with our Mindful Me Mindfulness Program. Learn to enjoy the moment with our sessions including guided meditation and relaxation, as well as skill building to bring mindfulness into your everyday life. Aimed at helping you to improve your ability to cope with life stressors, our experienced team will take you on a journey through mindfulness to help you let go and become more present in your day-to-day life. You will leave feeling centred and calmed, and ready to tackle your day.

Healthy Me

Our Healthy Me cooking and nutrition program supports you to make healthy choices in the grocery isle, develop your cooking skills, learn about food safety, recipe planning, following shoppings lists and much more. The Healthy Me Cooking Program aims to build your skills and confidence to live independently, providing an opportunity to meet new people whilst getting your hands dirty!
